The restaurant Figon de Juan is located on Pasaje Esperanto. It was founded in August of 1989 by Juan Manuel Ramírez Romero, who has 50 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
The restaurant is listed in the prestigious Guide Michelin which has awarded us with a “Bib Gourmand” (restaurant with a good relationship quality/price).
The halls are currently run by Juanma Ramírez, son of Juan, while the experienced chef Juan Antonio Pascual is in charge of the kitchen.
Here at Figón de Juan we believe that quality is of the utmost importance. Consequently, we only use the finest ingredients from local markets to make our dishes. Some of our delicious offerings include bay fish, meats from Burgos, and fresh seasonal vegetables.
